Doyen Wood Products provides Doyen Truck Trips to help employees record work trips and mileage.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and account information. Your password is handled by our authentication provider.

When you record a trip, we collect:

• The truck you select.
• Starting and ending odometer readings.
• Trip dates, times, and mileage.
• Precise GPS locations that make up your trip route.

The app uses your phone’s location permission to record routes during active trips. Recording may continue while the app is in the background or your screen is locked.

Starting a trip begins route recording. Ending the trip stops route recording.

You can change or revoke location permission in your phone’s settings. Required location permissions must be enabled to start a trip. Changing permissions does not remove previously saved trip records.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Send account confirmation and authentication emails.
• Record, save, and synchronize work trips.
• Let authorized company administrators review trip records, routes, and mileage reports.
• Maintain the app and protect account access.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Authorized Doyen Wood Products administrators can access work-trip information, including driver names, truck selections, mileage, and recorded routes. They can also export trip reports.

We use Supabase for account authentication and cloud storage, and Resend for account emails. These providers process information as needed to provide those services.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

Trip information may be stored on your phone before it synchronizes with our cloud database. We use encrypted connections and access controls to help protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain work-trip records—including the driver’s name, truck, trip dates and times, odometer readings, mileage, and GPS routes—for at least one year after each trip for required company reporting. Records may be kept longer when needed for business record keeping or legal requirements.

You can permanently delete your login account under Account & Privacy in the app. Completed trips waiting to sync must be saved to the company before account deletion finishes.

Deleting your account removes your login and account profile. It does not delete the company’s retained trip records or previously exported reports.

To request access, corrections, or deletion of retained information, contact us using the details below. We will explain any record keeping requirements that limit deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete records saved to the company.

We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. The date above shows when this policy was last updated.
